How do you keep apple slices from turning brown?

How do you keep your apple or other sliced fruit from turning brown?
Any suggestions, other than tart lemon juice?
In case you didn't know orange juice and 7-Up or Sprite work too.
It's the acid in the lemon juice or orange juice that slow the browning process. As far as the soda is concerned, it contains citric acid.
Please share your tips or suggestions about keeping fruit from turning brown.
