Jeannie Nichols, Senior Food Safety Extension Educator and Joanne Davidhizar, MSU Product Center Innovation Counselor will be presenting this class on Monday, April 18, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the MSU Extension Conference Room at 570 Marshall Road in Coldwater, Michigan.
Training focuses on the Cottage Food Law Guidelines, Foods permitted to sell, Food Safety procedures for safe product, Production, Labeling, Packaging, Storing & Transportating your products and making your business profitable.
