Attention all Organizational Leaders,
Pre-Fair Meeting is set for Monday, May 11th at the MSU Extension Conference Room and will start at 7 pm. Don't forget to send in your club's Pre Fair Supply Form ahead of time so we can make sure all your copies are prepped for you.
All clubs have received their 2026 4-H Club Rosters via email. If you need any other type of report, make sure to let Tammy know and she will get it prepared for you. You will get your Fair Books, Newsletters, Billboard Form, Parade Form, Booth Details, Info on Grandest Drive, along with any 4-H Branch Bud Record Sheets and Branch Bud notebooks.
Many Pre-Fair details will be discussed, make sure to mark your calendar for May 11th!
