Reminder for 4-H Exhibitors

Subject: Important Reminders for 2025 Branch County 4-H Exhibitors!

Dear Branch County 4-H Families,

It’s officially time! FairEntry is now OPEN for the 2025 Branch County Fair — running from June 1 through June 30. Get ready to register your projects and prepare for a totally 90s fair experience!

As you complete your entries, please keep the following reminders in mind — many of these come directly from your project superintendents:

Tag Numbers:
Make sure you're entering the correct tag numbers for each of your animals individually in Fair Entry. Incorrect or missing tag numbers does make entry day check in at the fair a bit more complicated. So if we are able to do this ahead of time it will ensure a smoother check in process for all.

Still Project Reminders:

  • Dioramas – Please follow size guidelines. Space is limited and we want to ensure that these amazing displays are able to be shown off during fair.
  • Puzzles – No glass or plexiglass coverings allowed.
    • Puzzle Projects by Age – Please reference the 4-H guidelines for the recommended number of pieces based on exhibitor age.
  • Diamond Art – Please submit without glass coverings.
  • LEGO Projects – Must meet minimum piece counts:
    • Ages 8–11: 500 pieces
    • Ages 12–14: 1,000 pieces
    • Ages 15 and up: 1,500 pieces
Projects under the required number of pieces will be graded down.

Need Help or Have Questions?
Guidelines and rules for all projects can be found in both the Branch County Fair Book and the Branch County 4-H Guidelines. These are attached for your convenience and also available on the Branch County 4-H Blog Spot under 4-H Documents.

If you need assistance with FairEntry or understanding project requirements, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help! If any accommodations are needed, please let us know ahead of time.

Let’s make this a great year at the Branch County Fair — like, totally awesome!
