Are you planning to exhibit livestock at the fair? If you did not attend a Animal Welfare class at Farmers’ Day or complete the online YQCA class, you must take the class on-line at yqca.org before July 1, 2020. During the month of April, YQCA will offer a $3 discount for all online training. Those wishing to take advantage of this discounted rate will need to purchase a $9 web-based training coupon from YQCA. Coupon order forms are attached to this message or may be obtained by emailing sales@yqca.org . Please note this is the only way to receive the discounted price.
If you are showing horses only and have not taken the horse animal welfare class, please contact Connie at langec@msu.edu.
Certificates for the Farmers’ Day Livestock Animal Welfare Classes will be available in May. You will be notified when the certificates are ready. Then revisit yqca.org to download your certificate. Please save on your own computer.
