Branch County 4-H Organizational Leaders will be attending the Monday, May 6th Pre-Fair meeting at the MSU Extension Office Conference Room. It will start at 7:00 p.m.
Club leaders were sent a Supply Form from the Fair office as to what copies they will need to get the needed paperwork accomplished for their club. They will fill it out, return the form to the Extension Office so office staff can make the copies necessary. The leaders will receive their supply packet that evening as the Fair Office and Extension Office go over the many details of preparing for the 2019 Branch County Fair.
Leaders can also sign up for Club Landscaping locations. The Early Bird Exchange Club will also be present to pass out envelopes of Steer Raffle Tickets for clubs to sell. The proceeds of the Steer Raffle. Busy night as we all prepare for Fair!
