Branch County Leaders' Council has made the Award Form Packet more user friendly! Your traditional Award From is separated by age. No more confusion on what pages you need to fill out! You will complete the packet in whole, just select your age packet, complete and turn in to your leader.
The ages are listed as:
Award Form Ages 10-13,
Awards From Ages 14-16,
Award Form Ages 17 & Up
Also included in their own packets are:
County Project Medals Age 11-13
Fair Still Project Trophy Age 10-19
Need help filling out your forms? Council is having an Awards Form Workshop set for Tuesday, March 26th at 6:00 p.m. at the MSUE Conference Room.
Forms are due to your Org. Leader by April 22nd and your leader will get them into the office by the May 6th deadline.
