Dairy, Sheep & Goat Workshops

The Branch County Dairy Organization is going to host a showing and fitting clinic on June 21^st at 6:00 pm at Bill and Lisa Bowerman’s 218 Ray-Quincy Rd, Quincy, MI 49082.   The Jr. Holstein Association Officers will be doing this presentation. Any questions please call Lisa at 517-227-0590 or Suzanne Pish at the Extension office at 517-279-4311.   ALL current, new or thinking about showing dairy cattle should attend this meeting. Especially the NEW 7 and 8 year old’s.   Don't forget the fair board is now allowing Branch Buds ages 7 & 8 to show dairy.

There is a Goat /Sheep workshop set for Wednesday, June 28th at 6:00 p.m. at the Show Shelter.  Jr. Livestock is hosting this educational opportunity.  Youth showing Sheep or Goats need to attend to learn how to fit your animal for show.
