As we plan for our new fall re-enrollment with the new 4-H Online database, it appears to be very similar to your initial enrollment in January. The good thing... your data is already entered. You will simply review each members information, page by page, sign your authorization sheet, update projects and clubs and submit. Please make sure you have completed the form to the fullest. It is very important to put your medical / insurance information too.
