Next Monday, May 15th is the deadline to hand in your 2023 Award Forms. These forms include the 8-13, year old, 14-16 year old, 17 & Up Award Forms, along with the County Medals for 11-13 year old and the Fair Still Project Trophy Form. A 4-H Online Blast has gone out with the fillable forms attached. Don't underestimate your 4-H and community involvement in these forms! Simple form, take a moment to fill them out and apply! You can win medals, awards, plaques, trophies and award trips!
Please make sure to get your 4-H Leaders' signature on the form too!
