We have updated our 4-H Club Fundraiser Form and Report! When your club decides to do a fundraiser, don't forget to plan ahead and fill out the required form informing the office prior to the event. This tells us what type of fundraiser you are doing, along with its time frame. Once you have completed the project, you will need to fill out the final fundraising report showing how much income you made.
