Branch County 4-H Leaders,
Currently we have 261 enrollments awaiting approval with 313 already approved. These figures are both for volunteers, members and clover buds!! They are ready to get started on the 2022 4-H year!
But we still have a good handful we are expecting to receive. Please encourage your members to enroll ASAP as starting January 4th, all 4-H Blasts, newsletters, etc. will be sent to ONLY the ACTIVE 2022 4-H enrollments.
Club leaders please make sure to get your 4-H Clubs' 2021 club paperwork turned into the office. Deadline has passed and we need to report details back to campus. The 4-H Participation Form, Civil Rights, Financial Statement, Inventory and Fact Sheet are due. Once I receive your 4-H Participation Form, I can approve the pending enrollments of the kids in your club. You can review your club roster as to who has enrolled, but make sure your status as a leader is currently ACTIVE.
Leaders - keep in mind that you have to have an updated background check / authorizations up to date to have your re-enrollment approved on Volunteer Central. Please watch for an automatic email from MSUE Samaritan, which is Volunteer Central. They will email you weekly one month prior to your deadline date for authorizations. Check your junk / spam folder in case it happens to go there. They include a link in the email to get to the main page to sign in. If you happen to need to update / change your email, contact Tammy and she can put the new change in Volunteer Central for you.
