MSU Extension and Branch County Fair are working together to implement a new FairEntry database program that our exhibitors will use to enroll their fair projects. A committee of fair volunteers are working on the beginning stage of this new system. We are all very excited about the ease and accessibility to numerous reports needed to run a successful Fair!!
Because of this new system in the works, the Pre-Fair Meeting will be postponed.
Our usual first of May Pre-Fair meeting date for Organizational Leaders is currently pending. We are looking at having this meeting either the very end of May or first part of June. We have some homework to do before we can share! Keep an eye out for a BLAST with a new meeting date.
